All hosting plans are billed in full and in advance for their respective billing cycle term. All prices are in USD.

All Web Hosting accounts are paid for upfront and in full when you place your order. Setup fees are non-refundable. Promotion codes or coupon codes are not applicable to account renewals or plan upgrades.
Please note: The Money Back Guarantee only applies to web hosting plans less domain name registration of $19.95 and does not apply to website design fees, domain registration fees, set up fees or any other fees for additional services purchased at the time of your order. Account addons are non-refundable even if you cancel your account within our 30 day money back period. Only your web hosting plan purchase will be refunded less domain name registration of $19.95 within the first 30 days.
